What is PAMM?

  • Percentage Allocation Management Module or Percentage Allocation Money Management or PAMM, is a form of pooled money forex trading which allows Traders to share their strategies with Investors interested in them. The investors share their money in desired proportion to the qualified managers of their choice. PAMM managers manage multiple investors from a single trading account, using their own capital and pooled moneys.
  • If the manager earns a profit, the amount of funds on the PAMM account increases and the profit is distributed between the manager and the investors based on the amount of their initial investments.

Work flow

  • At first step, the manager opens the PAMM account and selects the PAMM conditions such as the share of profits that he gets, rollover period e.t.c.
  • At second step, the manager publishes the PAMM Account with the offering conditions to investors who want to join in this account. BKFX as a forex broker acts as a guarantor of the trust and security of the PAMM but BKFX is not responsible of any losses.
  • At final step, the traders pay the manager some part of their profit in compensation. The size of the compensation is specified by the manager in the PAMM conditions and it depends on the amount of the invested funds.
  • The investor has the choice to continue with this PAMM manager or to cooperate with another PAMM Manager partially or fully or cash out the capital.
